Market research enables an organization to better understand target markets and customers. Learn how market research is used to solve problems, discover opportunities, optimize marketing, and increase revenue. Gain experience identifying problems, planning, conducting research, analyzing, reporting, and presenting findings. Mandatory decimal grading.
Prerequisite Required: BUS 120 ; BTWRT 215  or ENGL& 101 ; Proficiency in Excel or instructor permission.
