BUS 225 Relationship Marketing

Learn how to cultivate more meaningful relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and brand loyalty. Explore how big data and social media impact the world of marketing. Students will develop strategies that reflect the importance of keeping and nurturing current customers, and how data collection informs that process. Mandatory decimal grading.
Prerequisite Recommended: BUS 120  and BUS 102  or MATH& 107  and ENGL& 101  or BTWRT 215 .
