Principles of Macroeconomics introduces students to the fundamental principles and concepts that govern the behavior of entire economies. This course provides a comprehensive understanding of aggregate economic phenomena and explores how various factors influence the performance and stability of national and global economies. Through theoretical analysis, empirical evidence, and real-world applications, students will develop the analytical tools necessary to comprehend and evaluate macroeconomic issues and policies.
Prerequisite Required: Completion of ECON& 201  with a 2.0 or higher. Placement into MATH& 107  or MATH& 146 , or placement into MATH& 141  with corequisite support class. Placement into ENGL& 101
