HIIM 154 Revenue Cycle Management

Overview of revenue cycle management including reimbursement methodologies, health insurance, compliance/ fraud and abuse, patient access including registration and scheduling, coding, payment posting and collections, billing, and claims processing.
Prerequisite Required: Completion with a grade of 2.0 or higher of HIIM 172  or concurrent enrollment. HIIM advisor permission required.
