BIOL 281 Immunology Lab Minimum Units: 3 Maximum Units: 3 This course focuses on the concepts and laboratory procedures necessary to understand the cellular, molecular and genetic basis of the immune system. Emphasis will be placed on antigen and antibody structure and function, antibody production, and the applications of antibody-based diagnostics. Prerequisite Required: BIOL 270 and BIOL 276 [or concurrent enrollment in BIOL 276] with a 2.0 or better or instructor permission.
