BIOL 265 Solution and Media Preparation

Minimum Units: 2
Maximum Units: 2
Preparation of media and solutions commonly used in biotechnology laboratories. Use of basic lab tools such as pipettors, pH meters, scales, centrifuges, autoclaves and spectrophotometers, and lab notebook maintenance.
Prerequisite Required: High school Biology and Chemistry or instructor approval.
