AES 119 Survey of American Indian Studies

This course examines issues in American Indian Studies including native cultures, theories of American Indian origins, demographics, the formation of American Indian stereotypes, the resistance of Native peoples to racism and oppression, and contemporary issues (music, literature, health, etc.)
Prerequisite Required: Concurrent or successful completion of ENGL& 101 recommended.
