The focus of this course is to introduce the learner to concepts for short, medium and long-term strategies for personal and professional development. Emphasis on the application of self-reflection and self-improvement is reviewed to achieve success in the personal and professional environment. This course will take the learner through a personal journey of self-reflection and self-exploration while laying a foundation for theory-in-practice. Equivalent to NURS 102 .
Prerequisite Required: Admission to the Nursing Program.
