NURS 102 Cultivation of Care for the Nurse Seminar Minimum Units: 1 Maximum Units: 1 The focus of this course is to introduce the learner to concepts for short, medium and long-term strategies for personal and professional development. Emphasis on the application of self-reflection and self-improvement is reviewed to achieve success in the personal and professional environment. This course will take the learner through a personal journey of self-reflection and self-exploration while laying a foundation for theory-in-practice. Prerequisite Required: Completion of NURS 101, NURS 121, NURS 141, each with a Pass/2.0 or higher.
Co-requsites: NURS 142, NURS 152, NURS 162, or instructor permission.
