OCEA& 101 Introduction to Oceanography

Study of the sea floor features, the earth’s interior, ancient sea levels and climates, pollutants, nutrients, ocean currents, waves, beaches, tides and habitats. Labs on rocks, charts and navigation, sea water and organisms of the sea.
Prerequisite Required: ENGL& 101  with 2.0 or better and placement into MATH& 107  recommended
