Third course for students planning to take three quarters of organic chemistry. Polyfunctional compounds and natural products, lipids, carbohydrates, amino acids, proteins, and nucleic acids. Course requires a lab component and CHEM 273 must be taken concurrently.
Prerequisite Required: CHEM& 242 /CHEM 272 with a minimum grade of 2.0 or Instructor permission.
