BIOL 281 Immunology Lab Credits: 3 This course focuses on the concepts and laboratory procedures necessary to understand the cellular, molecular and genetic basis of the immune system. Emphasis will be placed on antigen and antibody structure and function, antibody production, and the applications of antibody-based diagnostics. Student option grading.
