MUSTC 181 Audio for Interactive Media - II Minimum Units: 3 Maximum Units: 3 Students learn practical use of game audio middleware for the development of music and SFX for adaptive media (video games). Students are introduced to the extended musical processes and workflow. Prerequisite Required: MUSTC 151 with a grade of P or 2.0 or better, or instructor permission. - Describe the basic functionality and purpose of audio middleware(s) in the creation of music and audio for video games.
- Utilize audio middleware for the creation of variety of types of (parameter driven) interactive music and audio.
- Integrate audio middleware project with the game engine project.
