Program Description:
The Certificate of Proficiency in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to enter the supply chain workforce directly upon completion of the program. Shoreline Community College works closely with local advisory committees comprised of industry professionals to ensure students receive the knowledge and skills currently in demand by employers in the field. Students interested in advancement are encouraged to enroll in a longer course of study to complete an Associate in Applied Arts and Sciences (AAAS) degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management . Students interested in pursuing a baccalaureate degree in Business should follow the Associate in Business, DTA/MRP Planning Guide .
