Second course for students taking three quarters of organic chemistry with lab. Further discussion of physical & chemical properties of organic molecules, especially aromatic and carbonyl compounds. Course requires a lab component and CHEM 272 must be taken concurrently.
Prerequisite Required: CHEM& 241 /CHEM 271 with minimum grades of 2.0 or Instructor permission.
