In this course, students will build on their foundational skills in mathematics to solve word problems using the order of operations. Students will explore and create geometrical shapes both through three-dimensional manipulatives and on paper. Students will compute percentage, ratio, interest, and proportion problems using real-world applications and projects. By the end of the course, students will utilize what they have learned to solve for variables using equations, expressions, and inequalities.
