PE 239 Core Strength Conditioning II

Advanced core fitness training using a variety of exercise forms including yoga, pilates, BOSU, exercise ball and light weights. Develop an understanding of core strength development and its relationship to health and fitness.
Prerequisite Required: PE 139  or instructor permission.
