PE 188 Nutrition and Fitness

This course is designed for anyone wanting to improve their health through nutrition and fitness, from recreational exercisers to serious athletes. Included are discussions of fitness goals and guidelines, nutrients and energy systems, weight maintenance, eating disorders, nutrition misinformation, and supplement use. Recommended completion of MATH& 107  or higher and ENGL 99  or equivalent. Dual listed as NUTR 188 .
