Lecture & Laboratory phlebotomy program course includes laboratory computer information systems, safety practices, specimen processing, and point of care testing. Customer service and patient confidentiality emphasized.
Prerequisite Required: Acceptance into the Phlebotomy or MLT Program, or instructor permission. ENGL 99 or equivalent, or placement above ENGL 099.
