Survey of major taxonomic groups Fungi, Protista and Plantae. Study of morphology, physiology and reproductive patterns and evolutionary relationships. Origins of life, development of ecosystems, succession and features of the major terrestrial biomes. Laboratory class.
Prerequisite Required: Minimum of 2.0 in BIOL& 211 , or permission.
