BIOL 150 Epidemics & Culture

Minimum Units: 5
Maximum Units: 5
Students will explore epidemic disease from multiple perspectives, including scientific, political, economic, religious, and artistic. The Bubonic Plague of the Middle Ages will serve as a paradigm for studying individual and cultural responses to other historical and modern epidemics.
Prerequisite Required: Completion of ENGL 99  or placement into ENGL& 101 .
