BUS 181 Project Management II
Credits: 5
Not all projects fit into the traditional project framework. Agile projects are characterized by the use of short work iterations and incremental development of products, made possible by focusing on business priorities and customer value. The course provides an introduction to the Agile framework and common Agile methodologies. Mandatory decimal grading.
Prerequisite Required: BUS 180 with a grade of 1.0 or better.
