GWS 285 Gender, Violence and Social Change

Study of gendered violence, its history, current research and contemporary issues. Social, psychological, legal and political implications of abuse are considered. Areas of study include child abuse, rape, domestic violence and sexual harassment. Recommend ENGL& 101 . Dual listed as CAST 285 . Student option grading.
