AUTOT 180T Fundamentals of Auto Service Training

This course introduces students to the automotive industry and presents an overview of vehicle and dealership systems. Includes new model product information, customer satisfaction index (CSI), safety, basic servicing, shop practices, and new/used vehicle inspection. Instructor permission required: Yes.
