  • Explain the importance of patent law as it apples to multimedia development and marketing.
  • Describe the significance of rights of privacy and publicity when developing and marketing multimedia products.
  • Describe the concept and application of collateral rights in multimedia development and marketing.
  • Explain the concept and importance of content license agreements in the marketing of multimedia products.
