Class focusing on the protocols involved in DNA barcoding including: sample collection, genomic DNA isolation, PCR, DNA sequence analysis etc.
Prerequisite Required: BIOL 107 , BIOL& 211  or CHEM xxx with a grade of 2.0 or higher
